St. James'S Place Plc
A British wealth-management firm that helps individuals, families and businesses plan, invest and protect their money through a network of face-to-face financial advisers known as the St. James's Place Partnership. It was founded in 1991 by Sir Mark Weinberg, Mike Wilson and Lord Rothschild, first trading as J. Rothschild Assurance before taking its current name in 2001. That name comes from the elegant London street and district near St. James's Palace, a royal residence built by Henry VIII on the site of a medieval leper hospital.
