Grayscale Ethereum Staking Mini ETF

A digital-asset fund that holds Ethereum and earns extra returns by "staking" those holdings — locking them up to help secure the Ethereum network in exchange for rewards. It's the lower-cost sibling of Grayscale's original Ethereum Trust, spun off in 2024 so investors could get exposure to ether at a cheaper fee. Grayscale, the firm behind it, was founded in 2013 and is one of the largest digital-asset managers, known for turning cryptocurrencies into familiar investment products.

Seeks to reflect the value of Ether held by the Trust, less the Trust's expenses and other liabilities.
