Malam - Team Ltd

A provider of IT services and systems integration, Malam Team is one of Israel's largest technology groups, building and running computer systems for government ministries, the military, healthcare, finance, and high-tech clients. Founded in 1972 as a data-processing center, its name comes from the Hebrew acronym for "Data Processing Center." In 2007 it merged with the IT firm Team in the first stock-consideration reverse triangular merger on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, creating today's Malam Team.
