A "blank check" company — a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) created in 2021 to find a private healthcare business and take it public. Led by biotech entrepreneurs, it focused on the life sciences and in 2022 merged with Senti Biosciences, a biotech firm building gene circuit-engineered cell and gene therapies. Its advisory team included Robert Langer, a co-founder of Moderna.
