Fidelity Hereford Street Trust
A legal umbrella trust that houses several of Fidelity's money market funds, including the widely used Government Money Market Fund (SPAXX) and Money Market Fund (SPRXX), which aim to keep investors' cash safe and liquid. Created in 1993, it's one of several Fidelity "series trusts" named after streets in Boston, where the company is headquartered — Hereford Street is a real road there, though the name is just an administrative label for regulatory filings rather than a place where anything operates.
Fidelity Money Market Fund Premium Class (FZDXX)
No Schedule 13D or 13G filings recorded.
