Item 4 of the Schedule 13D is hereby amended and supplemented as follows: As of the date set forth on the cover page hereto, the Tencent Voting Agreement terminated pursuant to its terms and such termination represents a decrease in the number of shares of the Issuer's voting capital stock over which Mr. Huffman exercises voting discretion, without any action being taken on the part of Mr. Huffman. The foregoing discussion of the Tencent Voting Agreement does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of the Tencent Voting Agreement, which was filed on May 3, 2024 as Exhibit 3 to the Initial Statement and is incorporated by reference herein.
