As of June 30, 2026, our principal offices consist of approximately 146,000 and 122,000 square feet of leased office facilities in Sydney, Australia and the San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, respectively. Excluded from this amount is approximately 7,000 square feet and 132,000 square feet in Sydney, Australia and the San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States, respectively, currently subleased or available to sublease. We also lease other office facilities in the United States and Australia, as well as a number of countries in Europe and Asia. We believe that our existing facilities and offices are adequate to meet our current requirements.
