A maker of technology for online lotteries and regulated gaming, NeoGames supplies national and state lotteries with the software and games that power digital scratch cards, called "eInstant" games. Born in Israel in 2005 as the first company devoted entirely to electronic scratch cards, the business was spun off into its own Luxembourg company, NeoGames S.A., in 2014 and later joined Australian gaming firm Aristocrat. It keeps its roots in the fun of scratch cards—games you play by swiping, not scratching.
