Restaurant Locations As of June 24, 2026, our system of Company-owned and franchise-operated restaurants included 1,635 restaurants. Our Chili’s domestic Company-owned and franchise-operated restaurants are located in 49 states. Our franchisees also operate Chili’s restaurants in two United States territories, Guam and Puerto Rico, and 28 other countries: Bahrain, Canada, Chile, China, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, Germany, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, Peru, Philippines, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and the United Arab Emirates. Our Chili’s international Company-owned restaurants are all located in Canada. Our Maggiano’s Company-owned and franchise-operated restaurants are located in 23 states and Washington, D.C. As of June 24, 2026, 1,104 of the 1,163 Company-owned restaurant locations are leased. Our leased restaurants typically have an initial lease term of 10 to 20 years, with one or more renewal terms ranging from 3 to 10 years. The leases typically provide for a fixed rental or a fixed rental plus percentage rentals based on sales volume. As of June 24, 2026, we own property for 59 of the 1,163 Company-owned restaurants and one closed restaurant.
