Lazard Growth Acquisition Corp. I
A "blank check" company, Lazard Growth Acquisition Corp. I was a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) created by the storied financial advisory firm Lazard to hunt for a young growth business — in healthcare, tech, or consumer goods — to merge with and take public. Its name nods to its parent, Lazard, founded in 1848 by three French brothers. It went public in early 2021 but never found a deal and liquidated in 2023.
Units, each consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-fifth of one redeemable warrant — Delisted Feb 2023; liquidated without completing business combination
