Kismet Acquisition Three Corp.

A blank-check company, or SPAC, incorporated in the Cayman Islands, Kismet Acquisition Three Corp. was created by entrepreneur Ivan Tavrin to find a business to merge with and take public. Its name comes from the word "kismet," meaning fate or destiny, a nod to the luck of finding the right deal. Launched in 2021, the company never completed a merger and liquidated in 2023.
