A provider of offshore supply and multi-purpose support vessels that ferry fuel, water, drilling fluids, and equipment to oil and gas platforms across the U.S. Gulf of Mexico. It traces to a family business: Larry Hornbeck founded the original firm in 1980, merged it into Tidewater in 1996 but kept the rights to the name, and his son Todd relaunched the company in 1997 under the family brand.
