Franklin Financial Corporation

A consumer finance company based in Toccoa, Georgia, that makes personal installment loans for things like debt consolidation, auto repairs, home improvements, and medical bills. It began in 1941 when lawyer Ben F. Cheek, Jr. made his first auto loan from his law office, and it has stayed in the family ever since. Originally called Franklin Discount Company, it took its current name in 1983.
