A bank holding company based in Conway, Arkansas, whose main subsidiary is Centennial Bank — a community bank serving customers across Arkansas, Florida, Alabama and the Florida Keys. Home Bancshares was organized in 1997 and grew by folding several smaller banks under the Centennial name. A fun detail: it numbers among the largest banks headquartered in Arkansas, yet most of its branches sit in Florida, including the Florida Keys.
