Coresite Realty Corp.
A data center and colocation company that rents secure space where businesses house their own servers and connect directly to cloud providers and networks. It was founded in 2001 as CRG West, a Carlyle Group venture that managed two West Coast "carrier hotels," and took the name CoreSite in 2009. Its flagship Los Angeles building, One Wilshire, is so central to global connectivity that roughly a third of trans-Pacific internet traffic passes through it.
