Dct Industrial Trust Inc.

A real estate investment trust that owned, developed, and managed industrial warehouses and distribution centers across the United States, clustered near major cities like Southern California, Seattle, and South Florida. Founded in Denver in the early 2000s, it began life as Dividend Capital Trust — the "DCT" in its name — before rebranding to DCT Industrial Trust in 2007 to reflect its logistics focus. In 2018 it was folded into Prologis, one of the world's largest warehouse landlords.
