Eqm Midstream Partners LP

A midstream energy partnership that moved natural gas across the Appalachian Basin, running gathering and transmission pipelines through Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio, plus freshwater lines and impoundments that supplied water for hydraulic fracturing. It was formed in 2012 as EQT Midstream Partners, a subsidiary of EQT Corporation, whose roots reach back to the Equitable Gas Company founded in 1888 by George Westinghouse to light Pittsburgh's streets with gas.
