Cedar Realty Trust, Inc.

A real estate investment trust that owns and runs grocery-anchored shopping centers — neighborhood strip malls where people pick up everyday staples like food and household goods — mainly across the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. It was founded in 1984 as Cedar Shopping Centers and renamed Cedar Realty Trust in 2011 to better reflect its focus. In 2022 it was folded into Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust as a wholly owned subsidiary, ending its run as an independent, publicly traded company.

Common Stock — Acquired by Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust (WHLR) in August 2022; common stock delisted from NYSE.
