Corenergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc.
A real-estate investment trust that owns and leases the heavy-duty plumbing of the energy world — pipelines, storage terminals and transmission lines — to the companies that move oil and gas. Its California arm, Crimson Midstream, runs thousands of miles of crude-oil pipelines. Founded in Maryland in 2005 as Tortoise Capital Resources, it later converted to an energy-focused REIT and took the name CorEnergy — a nod to the "corridors" of land where pipelines and power lines run.
7.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock — Cancelled in Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization effective June 2024. Previously traded on NYSE as CORRPrA.
