A real estate investment trust that built and ran purpose-built student housing near growing public universities, operating its communities under the "Grove" brand with resort-style pools, fire pits, and private bedrooms. Co-founded in 2004 by Ted Rollins and Mike Hartnett, the company was acquired by Harrison Street in 2016.
