On December 1, 2025, United Rentals (North America), Inc. (URNA) completed a private placement of $1,500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Senior Notes due 2033.
The Notes are senior unsecured obligations of URNA, guaranteed by United Rentals, Inc. and certain domestic subsidiaries, but not by foreign or unrestricted subsidiaries.
URNA may redeem the Notes at specified prices starting November 15, 2028, with a make-whole premium available prior to that date, and up to 40% may be redeemed with equity offering proceeds before November 15, 2028.
