Finvolution Group
A Chinese consumer-lending fintech, Finvolution Group (formerly Qudian) runs a digital platform that lets people, especially younger borrowers, finance purchases in installments through its Qufenqi app. Founded in 2014 by Min Luo, a former Baidu executive, the company built its name on "Qufenqi," which roughly means "installments for fun," and grew from a campus-focused credit service into one of China's larger online lenders.
