The primary objectives of our investment activities are to ensure liquidity and to preserve capital. We are exposed to market risks in the ordinary course of our business. These risks primarily include interest rate sensitivities. We had cash and cash equivalents, restricted cash and short-term investments of $159.6 million as of June 30, 2026 which consisted of bank deposits, highly liquid money market funds and short-term investments in U.S. treasury securities, U.S. government agency securities and corporate debt securities. Due to the short-term maturities of our cash equivalents and short-term investments, an immediate 100 basis point change in interest rates would not have a material effect on the fair market value of our cash equivalents or short-term investments.
To minimize the risk, we maintain our portfolio of cash equivalents and short-term investments in institutional market funds that are composed of U.S. Treasury and U.S. Treasury-backed repurchase agreements or short-term U.S. Treasury securities, U.S. Government agency securities and highly rated, investment-grade corporate debt securities. We do not believe

that inflation, interest rate changes, or exchange rate fluctuations had a significant impact on our results of operations for any periods presented herein. A hypothetical 10% change in interest rates during the periods presented would not have had a material impact on our condensed financial statements.
