We are exposed to market risks in the ordinary course of our business. These risks primarily include interest rate sensitivities. Our interest-earning assets consist of cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities. Our interest income is sensitive to changes in the general level of interest rates, primarily United States interest rates. As of June 30, 2026, we had marketable securities of $221.8 million, which consisted of corporate debt securities, U.S. government debt securities, and U.S. Treasury securities. Our marketable securities are short term in nature with a weighted-average maturity date of 0.7 years. As such, while these interest-earning instruments carry a degree of interest rate risk, historical fluctuations in interest income have not been significant for us.
