Granite Ridge Resources, Inc.
A Dallas-based oil and natural gas explorer that takes a partner's seat rather than running its own rigs — it invests in wells across six major U.S. basins by teaming up with proven drillers and owning a stake in their projects. The company was born in 2022, when the private-equity firm Grey Rock Investment Partners merged with a special-purpose acquisition company, Executive Network Partnering Corporation, to go public on the New York Stock Exchange. The name nods to its roots: Granite Ridge rose from Grey Rock, an apt geological twist for an energy firm.
Warrants to purchase common stock, exercisable at 1.50 per share, expiring October 24, 2027. Exchanged and delisted June 2023.

Select a row to see that insider’s individual transactions. Sum of the holdings confirmed in the 12 months before this insider's last filing. A Form 4 reports a holding per line — held directly, or through a named trust, partnership or foundation, and in each share class separately — never a person’s total. Lines not restated in that time are left out and shown apart: an active filer restates what they still hold, so a line they did not restate is more often an entity since renamed, whose shares a successor line reports too. An amber marker means some were left out.
Net open-market activity over the last 6 months: +200.6K shares. Grants, option exercises and tax withholding are excluded — they are compensation mechanics, not decisions to buy or sell.
