Warrior Technologies Acquisition Company

A special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC), or "blank check" firm, created in Texas to hunt for a company to buy in the environmental services world. Founded in 2021 by a team led by H.H. "Tripp" Wommack III, it borrowed its name and "Warrior mentality" from Warrior Technologies, an operating industrial-cleaning company in Midland, Texas. True to its name, it never found its quarry: it dissolved and returned money to shareholders in 2022 without ever completing a merger.
