One Madison Corp

A special purpose acquisition company that helped take a sustainable packaging maker public. Launched in 2018 by the New York investment firm One Madison Group, it merged the following year with Ranpak, a maker of environmentally friendly paper protective packaging. After the deal the company was renamed Ranpak Holdings Corp. Its name echoes the firm's Madison Square neighborhood roots.

Unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant — Delisted - merged with Ranpak in June 2019, became Ranpak Holdings Corp. (NYSE: PACK)
