A maker of cloud software that helps companies figure out sales commissions, quotas, and territory planning, later rebranded as CallidusCloud and folded into SAP's Sales Cloud. Founded in 1996 as TallyUp Software and renamed a year later, the company took its name from the Latin word "callidus," meaning clever or skillful. It was bought by the German software giant SAP in 2018.
