Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc
A biopharmaceutical company in Waltham, Massachusetts, Syndax makes two FDA-approved cancer therapies: Revuforj, a first-in-class menin inhibitor for certain acute leukemias, and Niktimvo, an antibody for chronic graft-versus-host disease after bone-marrow transplants. Founded in 2005 with help from a Salk Institute scientist, it launched both drugs in 2024, the year it became a commercial-stage company. Its coined name is thought to blend scientific innovation with its business aims.
