Playa Hotels & Resorts N.v.

A Mexico-based owner and operator of all-inclusive beachfront resorts across Mexico, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. Founded in 2006, the company runs the family-friendly Hyatt Ziva and adults-only Hyatt Zilara resort brands. Its name comes from the Spanish word "playa," meaning beach — and in June 2025 it was acquired by Hyatt, becoming part of that hotel chain's Inclusive Collection.
