Fgl Holdings
A US insurance holding company that sells retirement and protection products through its Fidelity & Guaranty Life unit, chiefly fixed and indexed annuities and term and whole life insurance, bought mostly through independent agents and banks. It traces its roots to 1891, when its predecessor life insurer opened in Iowa. It was spun off from the title insurer Fidelity National Financial in 2013 and later reorganized as FGL Holdings in 2018.
