Overseas Shipholding Group Inc

A Tampa-based owner and operator of U.S.-flagged tankers that moves crude oil and petroleum products between American ports under the Jones Act. Created in 1969 through the merger of five businessmen's shipping holdings, the company traces its roots to 1948 and spun off its international fleet in 2016. One fun detail: many of its vessels are articulated tugboats, where a tug "pins" into a notch in a barge's stern so the pair sails like a single ship.
