A digital savings platform that gathers coupon codes, promo offers, and cash-back deals for thousands of retailers, letting shoppers clip discounts from a website, mobile app, or browser extension. It was launched in 2006 by Australian founders Guy King and Bevan Clark, then renamed after being bought by WhaleShark Media in 2010. The name plays on the founders' earlier project BugMeNot, a site that shared logins to bypass online registration walls.
