National Energy Services Reunited Corp.
A provider of oilfield services—drilling, completion, production, and technology—for national oil companies across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia-Pacific. It began in 2017 as a blank check company (a SPAC) that raised money to buy existing businesses, then "reunited" two regional oilfield firms, National Petroleum Services and Gulf Energy, under one roof in 2018—hence the name. It later added Egyptian firm Sahara Petroleum Services, and brands itself the "National Champion of MENA."
