We are, and from time to time, we may become involved in disputes, litigation and other legal actions in the ordinary course of business. We are not currently party to any claim or proceedings that, in the opinion of our management, are likely to have a material adverse effect on our financial position. Regardless of the outcome, litigation can have an adverse impact on us because of defense and settlement costs, diversion of management resources and other factors.
