Ah Realty Trust, Inc.

A real estate investment trust that owns and operates shopping centers and mixed-use office properties across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern United States, headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It began in 1979 when Daniel Hoffler founded the company in Chesapeake, Virginia, in partnership with Armada Petroleum, growing from just three employees. In a later rebrand it shortened its name from Armada Hoffler to AH Realty Trust, keeping the familiar initials of its original identity.
