Secureworks Corp
A cybersecurity company that hunts hackers for businesses, Secureworks sells the Taegis platform, which watches networks for attacks and responds around the clock. Founded in 1998 in Atlanta by Michael Pearson and Joan Wilbanks, it was owned by Dell from 2011 before becoming independent and later joining Sophos. The name Taegis plays on "aegis," the shield of Greek myth, and the platform was once codenamed Red Cloak.
