Gp Strategies Corp
A global training and consulting firm, GP Strategies helps companies teach their workforces through custom programs, e-learning, leadership development, and technical training for industries like energy, aerospace, and automotive. It began as General Physics Corporation in 1966, teaching U.S. Navy crews to run nuclear submarines, and took its current name in 1998 after parent National Patent Development Corporation bought the rest of it. Fun fact: the "GP" in its name stands for "General Physics," a nod to its nuclear-power roots.
