Constellation Pharmaceuticals Inc
A biotech drugmaker that develops cancer treatments by tinkering with how genes turn on and off — a field called epigenetics. Founded in 2008 by three pioneering scientists (originally as EpiGenetiX, then renamed), it created experimental therapies for bone-marrow and other cancers before being bought by Germany's MorphoSys in 2021 and later folded into Novartis. Fun fact: its founders helped crack the code of the "writers, readers, and erasers" that control gene activity.
