Historically, the outcome of all such legal proceedings has not, in the aggregate, had a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition, results of operations or liquidity. There is currently no pending or threatened material legal proceeding that, in the opinion of management, could have a material adverse effect on our business or financial condition.
