Washington Prime Group Inc.

A real estate investment trust that owns, manages, and develops shopping centers and enclosed malls across the United States. It was born in 2014 as a spin-off from Simon Property Group, one of the nation's biggest mall operators, and briefly called itself WP Glimcher after merging with Ohio's Glimcher Realty Trust before reverting to its original name in 2016. The word "Washington" in its title is pure branding rather than a nod to any president or place.
