Crestwood Midstream Partners LP
A company that built and ran the pipelines, tanks, and processing stations that move natural gas, crude oil, and produced water from wells to refineries across major U.S. producing basins like the Williston, Delaware, and Powder River. Founded in 2010 and merged in 2013 with the Kansas City firm Inergy—whose name blends "innovation" and "energy"—the combined business took the Crestwood name. In November 2023, energy giant Energy Transfer absorbed Crestwood, ending its run as an independent company.
Common Units Representing Limited Partner Interests — Acquired by Crestwood Equity Partners LP (CEQP) in 2015; CEQP later acquired by Energy Transfer in 2023
