First Potomac Realty Trust
A real estate investment trust that owned, developed, and rented out office and business-park properties across the greater Washington, D.C. area, counting the U.S. federal government among its tenants. Founded in 1997 by Douglas Donatelli and Nicholas Smith, it went public in 2003. Its name nods to the Potomac River that runs through the region it served, and in 2017 the company was absorbed by Government Properties Income Trust.
Common Stock — Acquired by Government Properties Income Trust (now Office Properties Income Trust, OPI) in October 2017.
