Eightco Holdings Inc.
A holding company that combines a digital-asset investment arm with an e-commerce inventory platform. Its Forever 8 subsidiary buys products from suppliers on behalf of online sellers, letting shops stock shelves on Amazon and Shopify without cash upfront. Once known as Cryptyde, it was spun off from Vinco Ventures in June 2022 and renamed Eightco in April 2023, borrowing the "8" from its Forever 8 business.
