Pareteum Corp

A cloud software company that ran a Communications Platform-as-a-Service, letting mobile carriers, developers, and Internet-of-Things firms build voice, video, SMS, and data connectivity on a single platform. It traces its roots to a 2001 merger between a Hong Kong telecom firm called Elephant Talk Limited and Staruni, a U.S. company that once made freeway signs; the combined business kept the whimsical Elephant Talk name before rebranding as Pareteum in 2016.
