Interest Rate Risk We are exposed to market risk for changes in interest rates related primarily to our cash and cash equivalents and marketable securities. As of June 30, 2026, there have been no material changes to our market risks as previously disclosed in our Annual Report filed with the SEC on February 26, 2026. We do not enter into investments for trading purposes and have not used any derivative financial instruments to manage our interest rate risk exposure.
