Cardinal Infrastructure Group Inc.

A contractor that lays the behind-the-scenes groundwork for roads and buildings across the Southeastern U.S. — water, sewer, and stormwater pipes, plus grading, paving, drilling, and blasting — for residential homebuilders and commercial projects. Founded in 2013 by Jeremy Spivey, it operated as Civil Infrastructure Group before adopting its Cardinal name in 2025 and going public that December. The name echoes the region's cardinal, North Carolina's state bird.
