Churchill Capital Corp XI
A blank-check company, or SPAC — a shell firm with no actual operations that collects money from investors for the sole purpose of merging with or acquiring a private business. It was founded in 2025 by Michael Klein, a former Citigroup dealmaker, and the Roman numeral "XI" marks it as the eleventh in his series of similarly named Churchill Capital blank-check companies. In 2026 it announced an agreement to merge with Agility Robotics, a maker of humanoid robots.
