Myovant Sciences Ltd.

A biopharmaceutical company that developed medicines for women's health and prostate cancer, including Orgovyx for advanced prostate cancer and Myfembree for heavy menstrual bleeding and endometriosis pain. It was founded in 2016 as a partnership between Roivant Sciences and Takeda, born from a deal to license the drug relugolix. Its name blends "myo-" with the "-vant" suffix shared by its Roivant sibling companies, and it was later folded into Sumitomo Pharma.
