Chart Industries, Inc.
A maker of cryogenic equipment — the tanks, heat exchangers, and systems that store and move gases and liquids at extremely low temperatures. Its gear handles liquefied natural gas, medical oxygen, and industrial gases, and its CiCi® system even captures the carbon dioxide that breweries produce during fermentation. Founded in 1992 by brothers Charles and Arthur Holmes, the company's name comes from stitching together their first names, Char-les and Ar-thur.
Estimated from filings — the split-adjusted price range over the quarters each manager built the position. A range, not a fill price; 13F reports a quarter-end snapshot, not a trade date.
